Hello- I am Clark. I am the Advanced Services Manager at LiveAction. I work in both a Pre and Post sales consulting capacity at LiveAction. I have a background in designing, building, and troubleshooting Cisco Networks for multiple enterprise environments. I have also been heavily involved in doing a lot of VoIP and Video over IP work. As a result, I have done a lot of QoS projects through the years. Based on this experience, I got pegged as the “QoS guy” by my colleagues. I was fortunate in that I was introduced to LiveAction LiveNX just after it was released commercially. I was able to immediately take LiveNX and use it to streamline my customer’s QoS projects, and more importantly, have a tool to validate end-to-end QoS performance.
Since joining LiveAction, I have continued to work in a consultative role for our customers; by assisting them get the most from the solution. I continuously help folks with best practice usage of LiveNX, advanced Flow capabilities of Cisco IOS, SD-WAN monitoring, and QoS policy architecture.
I would like share the knowledge I have gained via my unique experiences at LiveAction. I hope that by doing so, you can quickly and effectively solve your network and QoS challenges with LiveNX as I have been able to successfully do for our customers.
I have made a series of training videos that provide practical usage of LiveNX for designing, implementing, and validating QoS. The principles outlined in these videos are the same that I have used over the years to help multiple customers quickly and effectively solve their QoS challenges. Most importantly, you will see how to best validate end-to-end QoS via LiveNX by quickly auditing your network’s QoS performance and pinpoint any trouble spots.
